Won’t businesses have a mass exodus from CA if we become independent?

Answer – Not necessarily. Business taxes are so high in CA (currently, and along with most all other forms of tax), partly, because we are routinely bled dry by the Federal Government. The more we make, the more they demand we give them. This means we, then, must vote for more taxes on ourselves to generate the revenue needed to maintain our entity and society. Independence means less taxes for businesses and the removal of all federal regulations. These two things being reduced would create an economic boom for businesses in a California that was independent.
